What is your typical engagement model?
Most engagements start with a scoping sprint, then move to a dedicated pod billed monthly. Fixed-price is available for well-defined projects.
Who owns the intellectual property we build together?
You do. Every contract assigns IP for work product to the client on payment.
How long does a typical project take?
Scoping sprints run 1-2 weeks. Full engagements range from a few months for a focused build to multi-year for platform modernization.
Do you offer fixed-price contracts?
Yes, for projects with a clearly defined scope. Open-ended or evolving work is billed on a monthly pod basis instead.
Security & Compliance
What is your approach to data security?
We follow industry-standard practices including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and audit logging, and can adapt our process to support your compliance requirements (e.g. SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) on a per-engagement basis.
Can you work within our existing security review process?
Yes — we regularly go through client vendor-security assessments as part of onboarding.
